IMPROVE YOUR GOOGLE RANKING
Although it is an obvious
statement we think it needs to be said... To improve your Google Ranking
you'll need to adjust and tweak your website.
Right... that said. Below we have
a sample 'Website Review' that explains the main 20 tweaks. We hope this
helps your understanding.
Here is a sample FREE review. Please follow the
link on the side navigation bar for your own free review.
Hi Francisco,
As I have studied your website in detail, I can
now give you some sound advice to improve your website position on the
search engines.
I notice specifically that your website is very
functional, so this makes it user friendly for visitors. No website however
is beyond improvement. But any such suggestions as to style and design are
outside the boundaries of my investigation today.
Any comments below do not relate to ‘YOUR’
content, but their search engine friendliness.
The main purpose today is to give 20 ‘AREAS’ for
improvement to enable your search engine placement.
As I am not aware of your knowledge of websites,
html, design, ranking techniques, etc… I will assume a moderate level.

First and foremost… Your ‘Page
Rank’ on Google is 3. This in relation to search engine placement is
paramount. I’ve seen page ranks of '0' and '1', at the top of Google, but
the area of business is not competitive.
Page Rank 2 – very occasionally gets to the top
but only when there is little competition.
Page Rank 3 – again occasionally reaches the top
but only when the topic is not a fiercely fought subject.
Page Rank 4 – can reach the top and does on a
regular basis… but has no chance on popular subjects
Page Rank 5 – will be on the top unless Rank 6+ is
above them.
-
I have checked your main
competitors and their page ranks vary from ‘PR 5’ to ‘PR 3’ on varying
keywords The bottom of the first page on Google are ‘Page rank 1’ to be
able to challenge these for THE top position on Google we stand a GOOD
chance.
You ARE ranked in the top 10 for the keyword
?????? in the Spanish Google Search Engine.
-
Your ‘html’ codes are not being
used to their maximum on each page. In fact you need more html pages on
your site.
-
Your page properties are good,
but need improving to get a better rank
-
Google’s text matching system
needs high ranking pages to be ‘keyword relevant’
-
Your keywords are not
concentrated onto individual pages.
-
Your web page links are
average, so you will need to add keywords into your inner web page links.
-
Your keyword density for all
the pages I visited is only average. It is better if possible to dedicate
on web page for each keyword you want to rank for.
-
Your keywords need to appear
throughout the page. Namely because of the layout as read by the Googlebot
Spider Crawling Machine; it needs them mentioned perhaps in 4 places
strategically placed.
-
Key phrases are not used enough
and appropriately for the search engines.

-
Your editorial content is not
sufficient enough to display your keywords
-
Headings and Sub Headings are
not being used effectively.
-
Your image names could be
improved and be more relevantly named.
-
You are not listed in important
web directories that Search Engines value as reference points
-
Your inner web pages need to be
better optimised to help the overall page rank for the main web page
-
Your own outgoing links need
some greater thought and relevance, although too many going out as opposed
to those coming in can have a detrimental affect to you’re search engine
position.
-
It is at this stage I mention
Page Rank again. The quality of incoming links to your site is the main
measure of your Page Rank. I haven’t studied every page on your site but
you need more incoming links.
-
The incoming links if possible
are superior if they come from sites that have a high page rank
themselves.
-
If the pages that link to you
are not Page Rank 4 and above the site has to be relevant. Sites with good
page ranks have a ‘trust’ expectancy and those without a page rank haven’t
established a trust.
-
And… Finally any links coming
into your site are best coming in with a ‘keyword’ link and not a ‘click
here’ link.
-
You have 11 broken links which
will prevent a higher search ranking.
- The content of your articles cannot be read easily
by Search Engines (incl. Google) in PDF format.
- I note specifically when my software crawled your
site it ‘timed out’. This would likely mean that the Google crawler and
other search engine crawlers would also ‘time out’ and not be able to
recover enough statistics to ‘rank’ your site to its up-most. This would
need further investigation.
